How long will it take to get my order?

Orders will take 5-7 business days to arrive following shipping.Customers will receiveemail updates with tracking information.

My package still hasn't arrived, how do l locate it?

In the instance where there has been no movement in your parcel tracking or if thepackage is showing as delivered but you haven't received it. we advise customers tocontact the courier directly using the tracking number provided via email.

Can l use a PO box as a shipping address?

No, please use a street or physical address.

I ordered the wrong item by accident, can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately it is not often possible to cancel an order once it has been placed as theyare processed very quickly. We ask all customers to double check their orders beforeconfirming. lf the product is returned due to an error in the address by customer'smistake, the amount excluding the shipping costs will be refunded.

For missing or damaged items please contact our customer service team at support@skinavor.com and we will have a replacement shipped as soon as possibleFordamaged items please include an image.

What should l do when the customs fee is incurred?

The customer is responsible for customs fees, and in the event of automatic return dueto failure to collect within the given period after payment, the round-trip expenses willbe borne by the customer. Therefore, please be aware of the potential occurrence ofcustoms fees, and kindly respond to communication from the local shipping companyto prevent automatic returns.

All SKINEVER products are PETA certified vegan. All SKINEVER products are also crueltyfree.

Yes, extract from the Centella Asiatica plant is the only ingredient in our ampoule.Centella Asiatica extract consists of the following the natural
components.Asiaticoside, centelloside, madecassoside, asiatic acid, volatile oils, flavonoids. tanninsphytosterols, amino acids, sugars, centellin (6-acetoxy-trideca-1,7-dien-4-yn-3-0l),asiaticin (p-benzoyloxy methyl-butyl benzoate), centellicin (1-(2'3'-dihydroxypropyl)-2en-3-methyl-6-hydroxy-9-yn-undecanoate).
