1.Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We provide the best shipping method to meet your needs. shipping cost and delivery time are calculated atcheckout based on your location.
USA&Canada&Mexico: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
United States Minor Outlying Islands: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.
2.Order ProcessingOrders are processed and shipped within 13 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) afterconfirmation of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your ordler isshipped.
3.Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas. Please ensure your shippingaddress is valid and correct to avoid delays in processing.
Returns & Exchanges

1.Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges of unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 7 days of the purchasedate, providled the item is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, the followingconditions must be met.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team with your order number, theitem(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the retumn or exchange.
- Approval: Once we've reviewed your request, we will provide instructions on how to return theitem.
3.Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days once the returned item isreceived and inspected, Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, you wil receive a confirmation email with refund detais. Depending on your financialinstitution, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your account.
4.Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the same steps as for returns. Exchanges aresubject to product availability. lf the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, we wil issue a refund instead.
